Sir, I would like to mention the true fact happened in my mother-in-law life with the help of siddha medicine recommended by Mr Eshak.

My Mother-in-law has got slipped in bathroom and got hit on backside of head. Immediately we have shown nearby hospital, they checked the head, no blood leak and kept for 3 hours observation. She is alright and returned home. My Mother-in-law observed next day that she has not passed urine at all. Then we went to hospital, immediately some Assistant Doctors kept cathetar, she has not passed urine. Then Chief Doctor said she is Cardiac Patient, so she has to consult her regular Cardiologist. Immediately we went to her regular Cardiologist (She was suffered with lungs problem three years before i.e. water stagnation in lungs, which was not taken care immediately. Hence, it affects the function of lungs and heart. After treatment, her heart is functioning at 30% level ). Cardiologist taken all steps and tried all medicines (due to low pump of blood from heart, kidney was not able to function). Since low rate of pumping, dialysis was risk.
Now I approached, my Siddha adviser Mr Eshak, within 15 minutes, he has suggested the following medicine (in the meantime her water/fluid spread all over body i.e. body, face, hand and legs. Body started bloating and toxic level increasing).
“Sirukanpeelai - Aerva lanata, Mukkeerattai – Boerhavia diffusa , Nerunjil Mul -Tribulus terrestris and Poonaimeesai –Orthosiphon stamineus. The said powder boiled in water and condens to 1/8 in water and given to her
Accordingly All this powder boiled in water and condensed into 1/8 and given this medicine 30ml at one time to the patient – First three days given three times a day, then for one week given two times a day and next one month given only morning one time.
Within two dosages, she started passing urine and in third dosage she has started releasing of urine continuously – within two days all stagnated water released from body thru urine. – ALL FLUIDS AND TOXICS RELEASED FROM HER BODY.
Hope this real life incident and the above medicine may be useful for the required patients. I would like to mention here that she is having only heart problem and all other parameters of her health is normal.
(2) My father also having good health upto 78 years. Suddenly He was thinning and not eating properly, we went to Doctor, Doctor said he is suffering from Prostate but his HB is low and creatinine is high. Doing surgery is risk. Finally He was kept with urinary catheter. But my father feels bad to carry the urine bag and he consulted with Doctor and changed to suprapubic catheter. He used to change the tube for every two months. In the meantime we want to reduce the creatinine. So we have searched through internet and I started to give the below cited herbals regularly :
Nerinjimul (Tribulus terrestris ) powder boiled in water and condense - 20ml daily morning
Cornsilk boiled in water and filtered – 20ml daily evening
Within one year his creatine level reduced from 2.5 to 1.4. And gradually HB also stable by good food. Now He is 83 years. Still he is with suprapubic catheter and changing tube once in two months.
Always I have full faith on Herbals and Siddha medicine. Whatever it is, Do with FAITH, you will get GOOD RESULT.

Sir, please let me know the herbal home medicine for early age like 20 or 25 years pigmentation.
